Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Research and identify potential clients in the IT and technology sectors.
● Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
● Maintain accurate lead information in CRM systems.
● Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead strategies.
● Follow up on marketing campaigns and measure conversion rates.
● Schedule meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
● Prepare and share regular reports on lead generation performance.
● Continuously improve lead generation processes based on data insights.
Required Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
● Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales (preferably in IT).
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or Salesforce).
● Self-motivated and able to meet targets independently.
Preferred Skills:
● Understanding of IT products, software, or SaaS solutions.
● Knowledge of social media and digital marketing for B2B lead generation.
● Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
