Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Finance Lead to manage the end-to-end financial operations, planning, compliance, and automation of our organization. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, reliable, and capable of leading a small finance team while streamlining our systems using the Zoho
Finance stack and supporting business leadership with timely and accurate financial insights.
Responsibilities:
● Lead financial planning, budgeting, and cost analysis.
● Manage day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and reconciliations.
● Handle project-based billing (T&M, Fixed Price, SaaS) and follow up on collections.
● Oversee vendor payments, expense control, and documentation.
● Ensure full compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ROC, etc.) and coordinate audits.
● Prepare MIS reports – P&L, cash flow, AR/AP aging, and dashboards.
● Drive automation using Zoho Books, Payroll, Expense, and integrations with other Zoho apps.
● Lead and mentor a small finance/accounts team and review deliverables. Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and CAs.
Requirements:
● Minimum 3+ years of experience in end-to-end finance operations
● MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com / CA Inter
● Strong knowledge of Indian taxation & compliance
● Hands-on experience with accounting tools — Zoho Finance Suite preferred
● Proficient in Excel/Sheets and financial reporting
● Experience in the IT industry is a plus
● Detail-oriented with an ownership mindset and ability to multitask
